These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the GoWin Coaching LLP website (www.gowin.in) and all associated sales training, coaching, and consulting services ('Services'). By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. About GoWin

GoWin Coaching LLP is a professional sales training and coaching company based in India, led by Chief Sales Coach Mr. Govind Babu. We offer specialised training programmes across various industries including IT, Pharmaceutical, Hospitality, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, Healthcare, Banking, and more.

3. Services

3.1 Scope of Services

GoWin provides the following Services:

• Corporate sales training programmes (in-person and online)
• One-on-one and group sales coaching
• Sales consulting and strategy advisory
• Industry-specific training workshops and seminars
• Customised training modules for corporate clients

3.2 Service Customisation

Training programmes may be customised based on client requirements. The scope, duration, and deliverables of customised programmes will be set out in a separate written agreement or proposal between GoWin and the client.

3.3 Service Delivery

GoWin reserves the right to modify programme content, trainers, schedules, or delivery formats where necessary to maintain quality or due to unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable notice will be provided for significant changes.

4. Enrolment and Registration

Enrolment in GoWin programmes is subject to:

• Submission of accurate registration information
• Confirmation of availability and suitability of the programme
• Payment of applicable fees as per the agreed pricing

GoWin reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Fees for GoWin's services are communicated upon enquiry or consultation. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified, and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the invoice or service agreement. Payments must be made by the due date using the accepted payment methods. GoWin reserves the right to withhold programme access until payment is received.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, subject to the following general guidelines:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before a programme commencement may be eligible for a full refund or credit.
• Cancellations within 7 days of programme commencement may attract a cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be provided for non-attendance without prior notice.
• Customised corporate programmes may have separate refund terms as outlined in the service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 GoWin's IP

All content, materials, methodologies, frameworks, training modules, presentations, and proprietary tools developed or used by GoWin ("GoWin IP") are the exclusive intellectual property of GoWin Coaching LLP.

• Training manuals, slides, and workbooks
• Sales frameworks and coaching models
• Website content, graphics, and branding

6.2 Restrictions

You may not, without prior written consent from GoWin:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any GoWin IP
• Use GoWin's name, logo, or materials for commercial purposes
• Reverse-engineer or create derivative works from GoWin's methodologies

6.3 Client Content

Any materials, data, or content you provide to GoWin for the purpose of delivering customised training remain your property. You grant GoWin a limited licence to use such materials solely for programme delivery.

7. Confidentiality

Both GoWin and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of each other's proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants in GoWin's programmes are expected to:

• Behave professionally and respectfully towards trainers, coaches, and fellow participants
• Refrain from disruptive, offensive, or discriminatory behaviour
• Comply with all programme rules and instructions provided by GoWin

GoWin reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these standards without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoWin Coaching LLP shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data
• Damages arising from reliance on training content or advice

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

GoWin's services and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• The achievement of specific sales results or outcomes
• The accuracy or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted website operation

11. Testimonials and Marketing

By providing a testimonial or review to GoWin, you grant us permission to use your name, designation, company, and feedback in our marketing materials.

12. Website Use

• Use our website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access
• Upload malicious code
• Scrape or harvest website data

GoWin reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our website at any time.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction.

14. Dispute Resolution

Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, arbitration may be initiated.

15. Force Majeure

GoWin shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

16. Amendments

GoWin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

17. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GoWin.
